One such night happened on my trip to India last month. As a guest of Micato Safaris I was invited to a special performance and dinner at the private residence of the maharaja of Jaipur.
It was a hot desert night, I was wearing a beautiful green sari that I had fitted just for me back in the hotel room, sitting on the floor next to the maharaja’s father. In front of my eyes unfolded a scene out of One Thousand and One nights.
